Once you have chosen your home, complete our application form and we will let you know if you if you have been approved.

When you have saved enough for a deposit and you are ready to buy your home we will ask a surveyor to carry out a valuation.

Once a sale has been agreed Yorkshire Housing will match your deposit* and you can become a homeowner!
